Eligibility Criteria

Post Age Limit Education Qualification
Branch Postmaster (BPM), Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM) and Dak Sevak 18 – 40 years (Age relaxation for the reserved category according to govt. norm & no age relaxation for the EWS Category) Secondary School Exam pass certificate of the 10th standard having passing marks in Maths, local language & English (studied as compulsory and elective subjects) conducted by recognized Board of School by the Indian Government  or State Governments or Union Territories in India is mandatory educational qualification for approved categories of the Gramin Dak Sevaks.
Candidate must have studied local language up to 10th Class
